2019 Scholarship Winners

Honor Roll all 4 years, Science Award, Bulldog Pride Pin, Construction Award -Most Improved Student, Rotary Club Student of the Month.  Extracurricular activities included Football, Track, Unified Basketball.  Community Service included After-School Program -reading to elementary students, Special Olympics Mentor -Sunday Bowling League, The Buddy Foundation Mentor, Columbus Day Parade.  Had part-time employment during high school years.  Plans to start is college career at CCRI. 

 

National Honor Society, Academic Honor Roll, English Excellence Award.  Extracurricular activities included Student Council, Character Education (community outreach activities), Freshmen Mentor (assisting Freshmen with high school transition), Coventry Rehabilitation Center (career experiential immersion program), International Club, Pep Club, Outdoors Club, Lacrosse, Indoor Track, Volleyball.  Community Service included Pequotsepos Nature Center -youth program volunteer, Mystic Eats -annual food fest volunteer. Had part-time employment during high school years.  Plans to attend University of New England for Nursing.

 

High Honors, National Honor Society, RI Honor Society, Brandeis Book Award, Italian II Award.  Extracurricular activities included Cross Country (Captain 4), Indoor Track (Captain 4), Outdoor Track (Captain 4), Lacrosse, Science Olympiad, Debate Team, Peer Tutor.  Community service included Camp Invention, Summer Pops, Blood donation, Middle School Track, Attack the Track, Local road race Volunteer.  Had part-time employment all four years.  Plans to attend the University of Rhode Island.

 

High Honors, National Honor Society, RI Honor Society, Excellence in Physical Education Award, National Scholar Athlete Award, American Legion Boys State -Attorney General, Rotary Club of Westerly Student of the Month, Soccer Academic All-State, Indoor Track Academic All-State.  Extracurricular activities included Class President, National Honor Society President, Soccer (Captain 4), Soccer Second Team All-Division, Wrestling, JV Wrestling RI State Champ, Indoor Track, Outdoor Track, Volleyball, Varsity Athletes Against Substance Abuse, Character Education.  Community service included Special Olympics Unified Partner, Altar Server/Master of Ceremonies -Immaculate Conception Church, Foreign Language Enrichment, Summer Pops Volunteer, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Committee Volunteer.  Had part-time employment all four years.  At time of application, his plans were to attend either University of Rhode Island or Villanova.
