Celebrating Dr. Doug Rayner's 85th Birthday this evening with a car parade from Quail Run through Fox Run onward to Shepherd's Run. The call went out to members of our Rotary Club, the Chorus of Westerly and all of the Rayner family and friends. Sadly, we had to remain in our vehicles and didn't get to share in birthday cake. Many blessings to our friend and mentor. The best of the best!!!
