Loyal Rotarian and Past President (2003/2004) Franklin J Celico passed away 27 February 2026 at home surrounded by his family. He left a legacy of "service above self" through his contributions in Rotary and the Westerly community supporting the Chorus of Westerly, Stand Up for Animals and other local non profit organizations. Rotary Park, which now includes tennis courts, walking trail, volley ball courts, two playgrounds, and a children's garden, was dedicated during his presidency. The park also includes outdoor musical instruments with one dedicated in memory of Frank's brother Mario.
There will be a Celebration of Frank's Life for family and friends on Saturday, 28 March from 4pm - 6pm at the Carriage House of The Margin Street Inn.
