A couple of discussions this past week have prompted the following thoughts to remind Rotarians that:
 
1. attending a Club Committee meeting, other Rotary Club meeting, Board meeting of a non profit group, participating in a non profit event constitutes a MAKEUP of a regular dinner meeting - IF the event takes place within 2 weeks before or after the missed meeting  -  member should notify Treasurer Rose of the attended makeup event via email including a description, date and time.
2. when you arrive at dinner meeting, please check in with Treasurer, whether or not you are having dinner, in order for your attendance to be noted in our records - also retrieve your badge from the badge box.
3. when we have guests at dinner meeting such as this past week,  Rotarians should be sitting among them.  In the past a member could be fined for sitting next to another Rotarian rather than a guest.  Let's do better going forward and NOT let our guests sit by themselves.
4.  attending dinner or not - please notify President or Secretary by phone or email
